A lot of education opportunities out there for agents and investors. I think the amount of webinars will slow down once summer hits. Naturally the Life Settlement market is a little slower in the summer months, with a lot of seniors vacationing.
The International Society of Life Settlement Professionals (ISLSP) will host an informative webinar on Thursday, May 14 at 11 a.m. ET to introduce to investors the industry’s first risk assessment methodology. UK Integrity Group Ltd., a specialist services firm in the UK known for its excellence, quality and expertise, designed the risk assessment methodology which has been approved by ISLSP founder Andreas Hauss. As part of the risk alert webinar, Mark Leeds, shareholder at global law firm Greenberg & Traurig, will discuss how new IRS guidance on life settlement transactions should affect Life Settlement investors’ risk analysis.
