Read an article this morning about the International Society of Life Settlement Professionals. This is a newly formed group to promote increased investor confidence in life settlements as a rapidly growing asset class.

So far, it looks like some companies involved are Global Life Underwriting, LLC led by Howard Freedland and Life Settlement Advisors, led by Andreas Hauss.

When we begin to provide our list of life settlement companies,  I am sure a few will either be members of the ISLSP or might be interested in joining. ISLSP intends to launch a certification program for life settlement agents and brokers and a program for life settlement investors.
